Some good healthy smiles !

I didn't get to take my kids to the Christmas tree farm as I planned. They were sick for over a week and my plate was pretty heavy. Today I threw Samantha's Christmas dress on her and took them to the park for a mini photo session (literally it lasted max 10 minutes).

I did bribe Samantha with a strawberry milk shake :) But I have to say we had so much fun.

Mr. Blace Alexander has started standing and taking a couple of steps! He seems to really love this new trick of his. It's hard not to want him to slow down, then I also feel like a hyper teenage cheerleader when he starts to take his wee little steps.

My goal in life is to raise sweet genuine kindred spirits.... and they are doing mighty fine.

And my Samantha Ryan....Her spirit always speaks in her photographs.

After our quick little session, I got a couple of shots of the kids playing. Then I put the camera away to indulge in the play with them. I have to say, it was a great day.

I want wish everyone a Merry Christmas!!! I encourage all my mommas out there to take 10 minutes to freeze some of our babies moments in life. It is worth it <3 

An Instagram Year In Review

I had quite a few goals that I did not reach in 2013. Now I have an extra long list for 2014. I did however meet a few of these 2013 goals and 2013 was truly blessed beyond my dreams. My children took me to the greatest heights of bliss. My husband gave me a run for my money as always and once again he humbled me through his selfless love and devotion.

This year we moved into an apartment. I gave birth to my sweetheart, Blace Alexander Martinez. Silvio got his boy he had always dreamed of. Samantha became the most awesome big sister. We bonded as a family of four. Silvio left his job for a huge job opportunity. Things didn't go as planned with that job but I'm so proud of how he went for it and fought for it. Blace learned to sit, crawl, stand and he is now taking his first steps! Samantha has flourished into a tender hearted dancing princess that loves adventure and loves to make people laugh! I went back to school and started talking photo sessions. Now Silvio and I are gearing up for our big moves coming in 2014.

I did not take out my big camera for as many personal projects as I wanted. But I used my iphone to capture lots of sweet moments! I documented them through out the year with my iPhone pictures on Instagram.

Thank you to everyone that has supported us through out this year. We feel the love and we are so dang grateful!! My new blog is really in the works now :) And I hope to blog specifics about our big 2014 plans. I will also get to blogging all the fun sessions that I have not yet shared.
