Oh my gosh! Me & Silvio!!! WHERE DO I START?!?!?!

I was just fourteen when this boy came along and STOLE MY HEART! We fell for each other fast and HARD! Here is a briefing :

I walked into the room…he was at the top of the stairs ….We were both literally FROZEN & the room became mute….we just STARED at each other for a very awkward amount of time….then he finally started to walk toward me….I could feel my flesh pulling me toward him… he said hello and gave me a hug….my whole body melted….I was so confused… what the heck is this feeling!!!???

It was so much that neither of us knew what to make of it. So of course we made it drama! But we couldn’t leave eachother alone. We were young but we already loved each other so much. And nothing could get in our way!

I have said it before, Silvio loves hard! He is so good to me. He gets me. He knows how to take care of me and he does it with purest of pure love. He does ALL those little things that mean the world to me! He always gets excited to see me (EVERY SINGLE DAY)…He always finds a reason to touch, kiss or hold me…He cooks for me…He rubs my feet…He always tells me he loves me…He when he gets romantic; he writes me the sweetest quotes…He makes me laugh; where my guts hurt…He is so protecting, I always feel safe…He STRIVES to make me happy....I could go on forever….He is truly wonderful. Now of course I get the normal wife stress from him but I can deal with it, in exchange for all the good he gives me.

 

This year, it has been HALF MY LIFE. WOW! We have been through a heck of a JOURNEY! I wanted to stamp this time of our life! I hated our wedding pictures :( So this was the perefect time for some new pictures. Thank You; Kamee! :)

I like how u can see my big ugly scar in this next one. Silvio took such good care of me when I couldn't take care of myself. He was so concerned and so so careful. I think that's how it's going to when we are old.....I LOVE THAT I GET TO GROW OLD WITH THE MAN OF MY DREAMS.

We have a LONG journey a head of us but I love where we are! We finally extended our family passed our pets. We have our baby girl Samantha Ryan! She is his twin! And she is BEAUTIFUL!

Trust me, I am very GRATEFUL! I wish everyone can have a piece of true love. My life would be so empty without it. I can’t & won't try to imagine a life without him. I am truly lucky! “We may not have it all together; but together we have it all!” 

Samantha Ryan's 1st Birthday!

I still can not believe my sweet little baby is one! Time is surely flying!

She has the CUTEST walk! It has a spunky shimmy to it! But everyday she gets better and I just want her STOP and stay my baby! She doesn't crawl at all any more, my baby is truly growing up! I know it's just a baby step but it feels so huge... I am going to wake up one day and have a teenager...So for now I am going to soak up everything she gives me!

What a great first year she has had! We are soooo blessed! THANK YOU so much to all our friends and family that love and support my precious baby! It would not be the same without you!

EVACUATION!

I am pretty sure everyone heard of the Oak Hills wild fire. Oak Hills is a super small rural town that we call home. I was at work when the fire started.  I tried to get home so I can help Silvio but the roads were completely blocked. My mom lives right down the street so she packed my nieces and sent them off with Sunshine. Then my mom went over to my house & threw our animal herd in the back of her pick up. I could see the fire from MILES away. I could only imagine what my family was feeling!

Silvio snapped a few pictures before the evacuation. It was earlier in the fire but still so huge and still so close. Here are a few from our front yard.....

We all met up at Amy's. We watched the news footage of our land burning. I knew it was VERY possible for our house & our neighbors houses to catch on fire! We are very close with our neighbors and Amy Martinez; State Farm insures MANY of us. I hope that if anybody is put in a situation like this, they can feel as confident in their policies as we felt in ours. So with our house in the best possible insurance hands and with us all safe together, we were good!

And if you know us Caldera's; we definitely make the best of any situation. We played outside with our munchkins and dogs. Then we went out for frozen yogurt. Of course the girls needed a bath after yogurt! So they took their first bath all 3 together! These girls are so beautiful, they gave me TONS of precious pictures. Here are a few favorites.

 They seriously ADORE each other! You can tell by the way their faces light up when they see each other. And they see each other A LOT!

Well it was time for us to go home....There were cops and fire men EVERYWHERE! We were not yet allowed to come into Oak Hills so we had to dodge the road blocks. Despite the hot spots, we felt it was safe to return home. Here is an after shot. This is what it looked like when we got home.

Roads are open now. Our house stinks like smoke but nothing a scentsy can't handle ;) 

YOU make me HAPPY!

I fell in LOVE with Oak Hills immediately! Thee so close, yet so far feel. And the weather, ohhhh let me tell you! In the summer, the sun warms your body with delight but that crispy breeze is a gift from above. In the winter, we get snow! Maybe just a week of it but it's a perfect amount!

 I never take the same walk in MY OWN YARD! (One time I got lost) I always find something new. I really do love these hills! I pack Samantha in her back pack thingy and we head out with the dogs  :) Unless Daddy comes, then he holds Samantha while I shoot my camera. :) Practicing in natural light is the best. If you are my friend on FB then I am sure you have seen many of our adventure pix! Here are a few pix of our last walk.

I know it's washed out but I love their feel :) Silvio....loves hard!!!! He loves and protects us with every fiber of his being! seriously we are so lucky

So tomorrow I have surgery. Minor surgery but still surgery. I will definitely feel pain but I will have Silvio, Samantha, Pennie and of course my momma! I'm ready to get this show on the road. live my life. work hard & be HAPPY!!
